The Boys

* Oh how I wish I could fly to Jamie's backyard. I miss these little brown bodies with the white bums!
* Dax is playing baseball and I want to be in the stands yelling "Run Dax Run."
* It is still snowing at the moment and there must be something positive about that but I can't think of one darn thing. The fields are green but the earth is deep dark black, completely soaked with water.
* I love Tom.
* I got new hiking shoes today!
* We are waiting for Ice and Tahoe to have their babies. Early morning checks everyday.
* I get to tend Bret and Nic's kids next week. Happy Day in the Morning! My favorite thing!
* The Lord is my light He is my joy and my song. By day and by night He leads me along."

Jerusalem's Prayer Wall

* Today is Easter!
* Kim and tiny Grandma looking at Jerusalem's prayer wall. Grandma isn't doing very good. I almost got her to sleep here last night, but at the last minute she bailed. She is becoming my child.
* I made a Easter Creche for the Sunbeams today.
* Everyone is coming up. No sun but Tyler will bring his big wide smile.
* Emilee took first place in her race.
* Tom is breathing and sleeping and not coughing as much. Next winter we must live in Phoenix or San Diego for the three winter months. I really must make this to happen. He dies in Wallsburg in the winter.
* If only the Heaps and Thompson were here today we would all be together today. I can pretend in my mind. What a happy evening. I love my family. I hope Matt comes!
* "We bear testimony, as His duly ordained Apostles--that Jesus is the Living Christ, the immortal Son of God."

Remembering

* I think this is the area where the Beatitudes were given.

* What are my chances of getting Bret and Matt there? I must think on that.

* Notice the tilt of our heads. Are we sisters. . . I think so.

* I would like to make an Easter Creche.

* "He rose from the grave to become the firstfruits of them that slept."

Easter

* To stand at the Garden Tomb with Jamie.
* To have Eric Huntsman's new Book God So Loved The World to study. . . can't wait!
* To see Shawn in his purple bunny glasses, carring a giant orange carrot.
* To listen to Lucy's voice on the answering machine.
* To hear that Matt has a Job!!! Bret is a miracle worker. I am glad his shoulder is feeling better. * To see Jamie sitting in a pokadoto shirt recovering a chair
* To wonder how Emilee's tract meet went?

Jace

* Now that is a face to love! * There is something about this child that warms my heart. He fights through his asthma, scrambles to keep up with his big brother, and holds my hand. Every grandma should be so lucky. I struggle with missing out on so many parts of his life. Only if my soul could like to fly. * Last night I cleaned out a big beaver dam up stream from us. It is raining on top of the snow. I will need to take my umbrella on my walk this morning. * Tom has had the flew all week. He coughs all night. He is discouraged and so am I. I hope he will let me make an appointment with Jim today. * We started the Honduras Temple last week. I have been mixing colors for several week. The first day when everyone was there the sky colors weren't matching. That was so stressful. But the next day was better. * Love may come and go, but a loving person, like the sun itself never loses his or her sustaining warmth.

Millie

* Kelly says that Millie is multi-tasking. I say she is being adorable!

* Last night Kelly and Heath were in Wallsburg, our house has been blessed by their being here. Millie threw up about midnight and it was so comforting to hear Kelly guide her children through the steps of mothering while she is away. "Now if she throws up again don't get excited. Tell her it is OK. Put the dirty sheets and blankets in the sink in the laundry room. Put her hair in a pony tail so she won't throw up all over her hair. Let her rinse her mouth out with water, but don't let her drink any water. Put a bowl in bed with you. Lay by her and tickle her back. Tell her you love her and she is going to be just fine."

* I love Millie and her trusting innocence. Wish I was there to hold her forehead.

* "We must ask for revelation and qualify for it by putting our lives in order."

The Thompsons

* What if. . . ? the promise land is all ready within us? We are already and always on sacred ground? What if all the way to heaven is heaven. What if we are already home? * I have walked this quiet trail with the Thompson children and for me it was and still is heaven. * Children holding hands. * A brother, with a stick in his hand, to watch over his sisters. * Family! * I am blessed!

The dried poppy pod is beautiful

* My computer is working and I think Heath might have found my blog, thank you! * It is snowing and it is April and I am happy. Kelly and Heath are at Daniels snow mobiling. That mean we get to eat as a bigger family tomorrow. I can't wait! * I had a ripe mango with cottage cheese rolled in a hot tortilla for breakfast. * "Are we feeding our souls? It is easier to stay busy than to make a commitment to empty time. Our agendas starve our souls."
